  Update: 08/08/2017 - After failing to deliver registered mail I have again had to visit in person to hand a letter of demand for refund as recommended by consumer affairs prior to legal action.

  Extremely disappointed with the new owners customer service at this aquarium. They are arrogant and and refused to give a discussed deal on some more fish a week later after buying $500 worth of their fish. This used to be a great aquarium that I got all my fish needs from but now will be looking elsewhere sadly.

  Failing to deliver a custom tank ordered and paid in full for almost 2 years ago. Numerous phone calls. Multiple visits. Now entering legal process to recover funds. Let's see how this pans out. $ Value greater than $600. At this stage only a refund is good enough.

  This guy is an outright theif he organised an in house shipment of Germany cichlids for april 2017 delivery my portion was $30000.00

  Fish tanks are literally covered in algae. If you're lucky enough to see in them, you'll find dead fish or diseased fish.

  Sad because they seem like nice people and I was at the start of setting up a marine tank with lots more to purchase. Approx $7000-8000. Crazy.

  30 days past with no response. The matter is now being lodged with small claims court for cost of tank and expenses.

  To date I have no fish he has no even attempted to repay 1 C do not trust him I was not the only person on this shipment the others have not been repayed as yet under any circumstances DONOT TRUST HIM UNTIL HE HAS REPAIDED THE MONEY HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A CON ARTIST THEIF
